our name - ereflow (pronounced “airflow”) - is based on the principle of forethought as an enabler of outsized success.
Considering the quote from Thomas Tusser, “ere” means “before” thus giving us the familiar saying, “Look before you leap.” Too often, companies look after they leap, and spend precious time operating reactively after making a decision or enacting changes rather than operating proactively before these changes occur. Companies that do this spend time putting out fires or idling with no progress rather than confidently executing a strong plan and seeing results. Additionally, all companies want their successes to be in full flow as quickly and as enduringly as possible, but often have their momentum choked off by predictable and correctable problems. Life in the after is rife with setbacks, but life in the before (the “ere”) is thick with potential and promise. As one of our co-founders, LeRoy has infused ereflow with a passion for providing actionable, results-driven business solutions to our clients and has worked tirelessly to curate our dedicated team that delivers on that passion today! From the very beginning, Lee has worked to ensure that our clients receive the solutions they need to excel and prepare for the future. Lee holds a Bachelor degree in Computer Science from Carnegie Mellon University and a Masters degree in Technology Management jointly from The Wharton School and the Engineering School at the University of Pennsylvania.

Kim holds Bachelor degrees in both Civil Engineering and Accounting from Carnegie Mellon University and Chestnut Hill College respectively.
